FAQs

  •  What is a photo op?

    • You will be in the room with the celebrity for 5-10 seconds. They move very fast to allow all guests that purchased an op to get through the line.
  • How long is the celebrity in the photo op room?
    • The celebrity leaves the room when the last customer has taken their photo, so it’s very important to be there on time for you photo op.
  • What time do I show up for my photo op?
    • You can show up 10-15 minutes before the start time, but please don’t show up sooner than that. It causes congestion and makes other fans miss their photo op.
  • What if I miss my photo op?
    • You can use your ticket at another session, or we can trade you out for someone of equal or lesser value. There are no refunds for missed photo ops.
  • Can I use my ticket on another day?
    • You may trade your day specific ticket to another day either before or after the show. We have a dedicated customer service team ready to help you.
  • Can I talk to the celebrity?
    • This is not a meet and greet, and the line moves very fast. The photographer will say “Ready!” and that’s when the photo is taken. Please look at the camera and don’t talk while your photo is being taken because it makes you look funny.
  • Can I take a photo with my cell phone or my own camera?
    • Cell phones, cameras, GoPro’s, or any other recoding device are not allowed. Please have them put up before entering the photo op room, or you will be removed and forfeit your photo op with no refund.
  • What if I don’t like my photo?
    • If you blinked, or the celebrity wasn’t ready we will allow for 1 retake. You must tell us immediately after receiving your print and we will bring you to the front of the line. If you were talking, or didn’t pay attention, or don’t like your face, there are no retakes.
  • Can I hug the celebrity?
    • Some will hug, but please ask permission before you do anything. If they allow it, please be respectful and don’t do anything inappropriate.
