Accessibility

Every year we strive to make our events accessible and enjoyable for all. STXCC provides some services to ensure that you are able to enjoy your weekend with us to the fullest.

MOBILITY ACCESS

  • Please view the map to find our ADA Drop Off. Once you enter, one of our team members will make sure you are quickly registered and on your way to enjoying the event.
  • The Main Stage and Side Stage will have designated accessible seating toward the front of the room.

Deaf Attendee Resources

  • ASL interpreters at all Main Stage panels.

  • Special limited seating for Main Stage panels near the ASL interpreter.

  • A limited number of volunteer interpreters will be available for individual assistance upon request, and can be located at the Information Booth.

VISUAL ASSISTANCE

Large print schedules are available upon request! Just ask us at the Information Booth and we will provide you with a physical or online copy.

SERVICE ANIMALS

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted and welcome!

Requirements of Service Animals and Their Handlers -

  • The service animal should wear a harness, ID tag or other gear that readily identifies its working status.
  • The service animal must be on a leash at all times.
  • The handler must be in full control of the service animal at all times. The care and supervision of a service animal is solely the responsibility of its handler.
